**Seeking a center leader with more hands on experience and who can stand in the shoes of parents and teachers**

**You will be part of the management team setting the direction for parent partnership, community engagement and talent management. Your experience, knowledge and expertise will be highly valued in the implementation of centre programs, initiatives, and events.
**Responsibilities**:

- Determine the requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health and safety regulations from local regulatory agencies right from the start.
- Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies.
- Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives.
- Prepare budget and control budget expenditures.
- Collect tuition fee and manage disbursement of cash for purchases.
- Keep adequate records of income and expenditures.
- Prepare monthly reports for the board and senior management.

**What it Takes**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching & Leadership
- Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years’ of management experience in a childcare/preschool
- Creative and inspiring with loving energy
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
