The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) works backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you\'ll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. Key responsibilities
Represent the voice of the customer; collaborate with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams. Lead curation of custom feature and availability requests for unique customer use cases.
Provide advanced technical knowledge to your aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers’ largest and most critical business challenges.
Along with your extended team, own the technical bar for specialist technical artifacts and standards.
Collaborate with your GTM colleagues to provide technical insights into GTM strategy and support field marketing to execute local technical events, campaigns, and customer engagements.
Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re: Invent, etc.
Guide and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts aligned to your customers. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population to help them understand how to integrate new AWS solutions into customer architectures.

About The Team
This position is part of the Amazon Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.
The WWSO AI/ML team positions AWS as the best place to run production-quality AI/ML workloads, providing a secure, reliable and scalable infrastructure as well as higher-level services. As an AI/ML GTM Builder, your job will be to create highest-quality go-to-market (GTM) collateral, including customer and internal demos, hands-on labs, workshops, POC accelerators and AWS Solutions. You combine product development skills with agility, ability to build high-quality software that utilizes various aspects of AI and highlights AWS capabilities in this area. You need to be able to learn new concepts and tools quickly and work at all levels of the AI stack, from model building/tuning to applying higher-level AI-powered services to build business applications.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications
7+ years management of technical, customer facing resources
7+ years of design/implementation of production AI/ML systems and MLOps pipelines with hands-on experience with state-of-the-art data and ML frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace, Spark, Langchain), technical familiarity with LLMs/FMs, RAG, and prompt engineering techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises
Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
Familiarity with common enterprise services
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers
Strong written communication skills
Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise
Computer Science /relevant degree and/or experience highly desired
