**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to attract talents, utilising online platforms, and social media.
- Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, optimise channels for maximum acquisition, and track talent acquisition KPIs
- Organise virtual and in-person events, webinars, and workshops.
- Gather feedback, insights, and suggestions that can be used to improve products or services.
- Providing insights into community sentiment, identifying trends, and reporting to marketing or product teams.
- Collaborating with the broader marketing team on campaigns, content, and strategies to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic and evolving market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,800.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
