JR26423 OCT PEE SPARE ENGINEERING PRINCIPAL ENGINEER
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage/Support the spare management improvement activities with cross functional groups such as TD, MFG, GP and internal OCT teams to meet Global Operation’s Strategies Programs - Cost/Scale/Quality/Cycle Time (Speed) goal
- Provide technical consulting and hands-on assistance to Fab area teams to create and/or identify the best solutions, troubleshoot existing solutions, and deploy new solutions.
- Promote worldwide sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge
- Manage or drive standardization between sites regarding spare management issue, reports, and systems through the System Workforce Allocation Team (SWAT) or other appropriate means.
- Monitor and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Maintain program support through interaction with senior leaders
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experiences in Equipment Engineering
- Have strong desire to improve company & organization performance.
- Understand balance of values between business components such as Cost, Yield and Quality etc.
- Capable to communicate effectively to world-wide stakeholders and have leadership
- Ability to direct the team with high level goals and motivate team to strives towards.
- Ability to create network to support project execution and have adept skill in resolution of conflicts.
- Must be fluent in English for communication in both verbal and written form.
