JR51359 OCT PROCESS & EQUIPMENT SPARE ENGINEERING SNR/PRINCIPAL ENGINEER (Evergreen)

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead/Support the spare management improvement activities with multi-functional groups such as TD, MFG, GP and internal OCT teams to meet Global Operation’s Strategies Programs - Cost/Scale/Quality/Cycle Time (Speed) goal
- Provide technical consulting and hands-on assistance to Fab area teams to create and/or identify the best solutions, solve existing solutions, and deploy new solutions.
- Promote worldwide sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge
- Lead or drive standardization between sites regarding spare management issue, reports, and systems through the System Workforce Allocation Team (SWAT) or other appropriate means.
- Monitor and communicate progress to collaborators
- Maintain program support through interaction with senior leaders

Requirements:

- Bachelors' degree in engineering
- Min. 5 years of experience in manufacturing
