**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion. If you thrive in a challenging environment, are passionate about infrastructure, and excel in project management, this role is perfect for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage large-scale civil engineering projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and engineering codes.
- Prepare detailed project reports, budgets, and schedules for stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide project teams to ensure peak performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (PBE Recognized).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering sector.
- Proven track record of managing large infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is an advantage.
