Senior Project Manager Civil Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our civil engineering projects. As the Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of civil and structural works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, including 3 years in major construction works. A degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB is required, along with accreditation as a RE with IES. The ability to perform shift work is also essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor Resident Technical Officers to deliver high-quality results.
- Safety and Quality: Coordinate with the safety team to ensure safe working practices and conduct regular quality control inspections.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record in civil engineering project management.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
