**Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for all front face process related issues occurring during out-of-hoursshift operation;
- Work closely with process owner, equipment engineering and operations teams to restore down process back to production;
- Deploy and review effective statistical control of processes to ensure a stable and robust processing platform
- Provide effective hand-over to/from day/night shift process engineers
- Provide technical expertise and collect data to project teams
- Skills/Education- Minimum Diploma in engineering discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry e.g. lithography, etch, withWLCSP background in advantage
- Experienced in SPC, OCAP, Minitab and other problem-solving skills
- Excellent hands on troubleshooting capabilities and resourceful in recommending solutions for problems
