We’re looking for a warm, reliable, people-smart person to join us as our **Experience Associate**.

You’ll be working directly with the founder, helping to manage bookings, handle client enquiries, support event days, and make magic happen behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who:

- Loves being around people (especially kids & families)
- Is organized, proactive, and a natural problem solver
- Isn’t afraid of some chaos (balloons, last-minute changes, happy noise)
- Has a touch of creativity — Canva, Instagram, or basic content skills are a bonus

**Your responsibilities may include**:

- Replying to DMs/enquiries
- Coordinating bookings and viewings
- Helping us plan heartfelt events and create small moments that bring our community of families together.
- Attending and supporting events onsite
- Managing client checklists and reminders
- Assisting with basic ops and venue upkeep
- Supporting founder in day-to-day planning and creative problem-solving

We’ll start small to get to know each other, with a training-first period. If it’s a good fit, there’s opportunity to grow into a full-time role with more responsibility and creative input.
