**Remuneration**:

- Assistant Manager: Up to $6,000
- Senior Executive: Up to $5,500
- AWS 1 Month

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for finalizing lease agreements, negotiating lease renewals, formalizing lease documentation of a retail mall.
- Prepare leasing reports, update rent roll and market trends on a monthly basis.
- Actively engages and establishes good relationships with agencies, prospects and tenants.
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring of business plan and budget.
- Propose tenant mix plans, and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy in the mall.
- Support marketing and A&P initiatives.
- Any other duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or related studies.
- At least 3 years’ experience in retail leasing with a developer. Those with less years' of experience will be considered for the Executive role.
- Good communication and negotiating skills, with a strong networking ability.
- Have a passion in the Retail Industry and is aware of the latest trend.
