**What you will be doing**
- Responsible for the effective daily delivery of human resources and administration services;
- Propose and coordinate comprehensive organization-wide statutory training and initiatives for learning and development, including the training plan and budgets;
- Consolidate learning and development needs to bridge skills and service gaps, enhancement of knowledge and skills sets;
- Administer funding matters;
- Manage a full spectrum of learning and development functions;
- Update of organisation chart, job descriptions etc;
- Assist in staff engagement activities and internal communications;
- Effectively monitor, track, evaluate and report on the impact of learning (KPIs, behaviour change, qualitative feedback etc);
- Participate in HR-related projects and engagement initiatives;
- Support general HR-related office administration (i.e. staff uniforms, access cards, franking of postage mails, time attendance, photocopiers toner and meter readings checks, nametags, storages etc);
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
**What we are looking for**
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience;
- IHRP certification is strongly preferred;
- Good communication skills to engage employees at different levels;
- Meticulous, excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
- Knowledge of Singapore employment, labour law and HR best practices;
- Team player and ability to maintain professional levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month
