**Working hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 6:30 pm)**

Job Responsibilities:

- Support the implementation of various digital marketing projects on social media platforms, website content planning and content population to increase awareness and engagement
- Develop social media content (copywriting, simple graphic design, photography) and community management of organisation's Facebook and Instagram pages
- Perform webmaster duties for organisation-owned websites and heritage resource portal
- Reporting and analysing of campaign analytics to gain insights
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify digital engagement opportunities

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience or background in digital marketing, editorial and content production
- Ability to work independently and across multiple teams to support various businesses
- Good organisational and people skills
- A creative thinker with can-do attitude, ideas and a proactive approach to get things done
