Science Centre Singapore is looking for a temporary associate to support Records and Knowledge Management initiatives to meet organisational needs.

The temp staff will be responsible for:
1) Records Management:

- Reviewing and updating records management policies
- Developing and implementing training initiatives on records management
- Contributing to the organisation's records digitisation project
- Managing annual records disposal exercises
- Engaging staff and conducting sharing sessions
- Developing and maintaining tailored records management strategies
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with IM4L

2) Knowledge Management:

- Assisting in the development and maintenance of the Knowledge Management System
- Collaborating with end-users to address their requirements
- Conducting staff engagement and sharing sessions
- Working with departments to implement knowledge management policies and practices

3) Any other Ad-hoc administrative duties assigned.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 03/03/2025
