**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the timely submission of grant claims, preparation and analysis of quarterly forecasts, monitoring claims.
- Handle full or partial sets of accounts (Accounts Receivables and/or Accounts Payables) including reviewing of invoices, payments, receipts, and journals.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audit schedules.
- Manage the various audits and budgeting for the assigned grants.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide advice where necessary.
- Assist in the implementation of system enhancement, IT projects and process improvement initiatives.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Eligiable to work in Singapore
- Knowledge and hands on experience in SAP S/4 accounting system will be added advantage.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, experience with Grant Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to set priorities with a strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within timeline.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, resourceful and a strong team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work with all levels in the organisation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
