We are looking for an excellent Head Chef for our latest outlet in a Museum Restaurant. The restaurant is on a historical site with a rich and meaningful past which we intend to amplify in the Museum. Nested in a 4000sqm land area, one of our main attractions will be the lush alfresco dining area that we are curving out.

**Responsibility**:
Set up the Restaurant

Oversee the recruitment, training and assessment of kitchen crew

Creation of classic and innovative menu based on required concepts

Producing self made quality and premium food

Responsible for achieving gross margin set.

Interacting positively with customers

Schedule lean manpower management

Work closely and efficiently with other departments to achieve company’s goals.

**Requirements**:

- All talents are welcome
- Able to commit 44 hours, 5.5 days work week
- Strong knowledge in European cuisines, techniques and modern trends. Japanese cuisine knowledge is also preferred
- Ability to produce seasonal menu
- Culinary education from recognised institutions preferred
- 5 years experiences in related field
- Knowledge and good understanding of hygiene, health and safety practices and regulations (HACCP, H&S regulations)
- Good experience in big scale on-site and off-site premium catering
- Ability to plan and execute strategies to achieve company’s objectives
- Have initiative, is hard working and able to lead the kitchens by him/herself
