Legal Manager

As a legal manager, you will provide comprehensive legal works and advice in relation to:
- facility management business in the region;
- provide appropriate best-in-class end-to-end legal commercial, regulatory and compliance advice
- corporate matters
- assist to support wider compliance initiatives in country as required in collaboration with HQ
- provide strategic legal advice to the management and stakeholders in order to solve or ease various legal, compliance and regulatory issues
- manage and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the countries within the region
- manage external counsel on any litigation matters involving the business
Draft, review and negotiate agreements including but not limited to commercial matters
- handle dispute resolution including collaborating with HQ on contractual disupte.
**Skills**:
- Bachelor degree in Law
- at least 7 years post-admission experience (a mix of private law firm and in-house experience) - administrative and commercial law experience
- strong sel-starter; quick-thinker; strong self-managed legal issues findings and solving skills required; quick to assess priorities and focus
- ability to strongly support and challenge commercial business colleagues to seek business purpose, but at the same time, need to influence them to be compliant with the law and also corporate policies and processes
- superior communication skill, bogth written and verbal (English) with locially, clearly and concisely
- attention to detail with excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
