**Job Description**:
What You’ll Be Doing:
We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate individual to join our team as a Multimedia Creative (Design/Content Creation) Intern. We are looking for individuals who can commit to a full-time, short-term (2-3 months) or a mid-to-long-term (3-6 months) internship period.
Work Arrangements:
- 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
- Hybrid / Remote working, fully remote available based on our arrangements.
- For hybrid workers, you will need to attend a minimum once-a-week in-person meeting.
- For hybrid workers, you will need to attend any in-person meetings, presentations, or events etc. if required.
- Flexible working arrangement - we’ll allow you to take unpaid leave if you would like to take a short break, go on a holiday etc. Just let us know and we can make the necessary arrangements.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design posters and annual reports.
- Design other engaging graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Assist in the development of storyboards and visual concepts for various creative projects during the pitching and project phase.
- Assist in the conceptualisation and creation of visual content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Assist in the editing of short-form video content (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Assist photo and video shoots, including assisting with basic setup and behind-the-scenes content only IF required.
- Help maintain and organise digital asset libraries.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
**Requirements**:
- Open to all backgrounds: Polytechnic students, university students, fresh grads, or anyone with relevant skills and passion is welcome to apply.
- Graduates, or currently pursuing a Diploma OR Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, Film, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace equivalent is a must.
- Proficiency in Adobe Softwares (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc.) is a must.
- Proficiency in Canva is a must.
- Ability to use industry video/motion editing softwares (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Individuals who can commit to a full-time, short-term (2-3 months) or a mid-to-long-term (3-6 months) internship period.
Remuneration: $700-1000
