**Job Summary**

The responsibilities of the **IT Business Analyst **- **Supply Chain Technologies **include end-to-end solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and communication with internal and vendor partners. This role is responsible for solution delivery, analysis, and interpretation of data to assist the customer in rapid decision-making and optimizing their product development processes. The solution delivery is through various activities, including design, data analytics, configuration, deployment, and knowledge management as well as integration with other platforms. This person would be responsible for participating in requirement and design sessions with the customer; analyzing areas of improvement; preparing business impact case study; working with onshore and offshore teams to configure the solution, and finally, crafting the test-cases to ensure the solution works as per the design.

**Primary Job Duties**:

- Assist with capturing, reviewing, and validation of functional requirements for multiple Supply Chain Applications and business areas, including but not limited to, Trading Company needs, Infor Nexus, Supply Chain Forecasting, a plus would include, O9 Supply Planning, and Oracle eBiz,
- Collaborate with product owner/product vendor for required configuration,
- Collaborate / jointly define configuration implementation requirements for various environments,
- Assist in defining the platform requirements in support of the process or system change,
- Collaborate with the business users to QA the configuration or improvements and testing required for the same,
- Document and support sign-off on the functional specifications and configuration specifications,
Test integration with other systems connected to the PLM platform.

**Job Requirements**
- 3+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in with Supply Chain Technology and tools as noted above,
- Experience in Configuration implementation/management for at least Infor Nexus, Supply Planning,
- Experience in authoring the functional specifications and configuration specification documents,
- Straightforward and open minded thinking, along with being flexible and structured,
- Strong teammate as well as good ability to work individually
- Excellent managing of results, time management, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills,
