Salt is looking for a Program Manager to join a leading client on a 12 months contract. You will play a role in supporting APAC Pixel business success through ensuring great customer experience and driving initiatives that support regional needs. You will work closely with the cross-functional team and the global internal team to ensure smooth launches for the partners in APAC. In addition, you will have the opportunity to help conduct user experience research to gain insights for APAC.

Responsibilities include:

- Cultivate robust relationships with cross-functional teams, and understand what they need to be successful
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and provide relevant reporting by working with cross-functional stakeholders and internal global team
- Execute day-to-day operations in relations to India Walk - In - Center Support.

**Skill/Experience/Education**

MandatoryCommunications Management (PgM/TPgM)
- Ability to listen effectively to stakeholders, to communicate program goals, progress, and health to them in a manner tailored to their interests and concerns at all levels, and to drive understanding and inform decisions.
- Typical artifacts include communications plans, metrics and status reports, decision logs, newsletters, and websites.
- Execution and Governance (PgM/TPgM) Ability to organize and manage the activities that lead to the outcomes of a project: what, who, when, and how. (e.g., schedule, staffing, features) to deliver results on time.
- Effectively monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations.
- Typical artifacts include governance plans, project trackers, status reports, OKRs, retrospectives, and escalation reports.
- Planning (PgM/TPgM) Ability to identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives, estimate task durations, and ensure schedules and dependencies are aligned and support those objectives.
- Leverage a variety of methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to make teams most effective.
- Typical artifacts include proposals, program charters, project plans, OKRs, roadmaps, and risk registers.

Stakeholder Management (PgM/TPgM)
- Ability to forge and maintain effective program teams within and across an organization, understand and address their needs and health, and support them throughout the lifecycle of their undertaking.
- Typical artifacts include RACI charts, stakeholder maps, OKRs, and CSAT reports. Others: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years work experience in managing vendor or support operations relationships and customer support Fluent in English and able to communicate with partners effectively

Desired
- Experience in consumer electronics support.
- Experience in operating in India Market and/or running support operations in India.
- Effective leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and manage recommended actions
- Familiar with Android Devices and Android Device Troubleshooting Strong knowledge of the local technology industry
