**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dynamics 365 Customization**:Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM, including entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules to meet business needs.
- **Bitbucket Version Control**:Manage source code using Bitbucket and collaborate with development teams to ensure proper versioning and change tracking.
- **C# Web API Development**:Build and integrate C# Web APIs to extend CRM functionality.
- **Plugins & Workflows**:Design, develop, and maintain custom plugins and automated workflows.
- **XRM Toolbox**:Leverage XRM Toolbox tools and plugins to enhance CRM development and customization.
- **DevOps & CI/CD**:Utilize Jenkins or similar tools to support DevOps practices, automate builds, testing, and deployment.
- **Unit Testing**:Write and execute unit tests with support for mocking CRM Context and Http Context.
- **JavaScript & REST APIs**:Develop custom JavaScript and integrate REST APIs for advanced CRM capabilities.
- **CRM Solution Management**:Package, deploy, and version Dynamics 365 CRM solutions efficiently.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Strong command of C# and OOPS concepts
- Proficient in customizing CRM entities and attributes
- Experience with Bitbucket for source control
- Strong knowledge of C# Web API development for Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in earlybound and latebound development
- Hands-on experience in plugin and workflow development
- Familiarity with XRM Toolbox and its plugin ecosystem
- Understanding of DevOps practices, particularly Jenkins
- Experience with unit testing, including mock frameworks
- Skilled in JavaScript and RESTful API integration for Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in CRM solution packaging and deployment
