**Location**:Remote

**Job Purpose**:
As MS Dynamics 365 and Azure Support Developer, you will primarily work with the Product Owner in an Agile team to monitor and assess support tickets against Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cloud services. The role primarily involves working as part of the internal MS Dynamics 365 support team to assess incoming business requests, implement fixes to Dynamics 365 and maintaining the quality of Dynamics 365 instances. You will be expected to work within the Singapore / Philippines time zone to provide support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first response to incoming requests.
- Keep track of support tickets, escalate tickets according to the internal policies.
- Work with the Product Owner and Team Lead.
- Assess the serverity of the support ticket, deciding between an incident and new development request.
- System monitoring for Dynamics 365 and Cloud services.
- Licence and storage capacity monitoring for Dynamics 365 instances.
- Support in fixing solutions for Dynamics 365.
- Support in fixing C# plugins for Dynamics 365.
- Understand business requirements for the finance market.
- Learn the Dynamics 365 custom solution currently in place to be able to assess support requests.
- Support working with Channel Integration Framework

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience with Jira Service Management and/or other Help Desk Software.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure App Services and AppInsights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Word templates in Dynamics 365.
- Experience with C# plugins in Dynamics 365.
- Experience in creating and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript and C#.
- Good knowledge of git.
