What you’ll achieve
The OEM Services Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for growing Dell’s Professional and Enterprise Services portfolio within their assigned account set within our OEM business division. The SAE role is a strategic, high impact individual contributor role and should be viewed as the Services Sales leader within an assigned account set.
Dell OEM division specializes in working with partners and customer to co-design products for resale to end-users. These solutions may be complex in nature and require a services program to match. The OEM SAE will be responsible for collaborating with internal OEM teams and the customer to build the right service level and any customization.
You will:
- Focus on selling Support, Deployment, Education and Consulting services to OEM customers and partners
- Engage at multiple levels within Dell accounts to identify areas of opportunity to position solutions including Professional Services (Consulting, Residency, Managed Services) Deployment, Configurations Services, Support services and other solutions which combine infrastructure and software solutions with current services
- Develop account plan to form a strategic game plan for Services growth
- Cross-functional collaboration with direct accounts; Mentor the OEM core sales team on selling professional services
- Work closely with Dell’s Services, Solutioning and Proposals organizations to translate customer needs into customer facing Statements of Work and Proposals; Ensure proper governance is followed to ensure customer satisfaction and risk mitigation

Essential Requirements
- 5 to 8 years relationship sales experience with an expert knowledge of Client and Enterprise Services especially Professional Services, Deployment Services, Support Programs and Consulting
- Advanced ability to understand a client’s business, technology and process needs, and translate that understanding into actionable, industry-leading services solutions
- Ability to use advanced knowledge to build customer relationships and assist customers in developing business solutions using Dell specialized products and services
- Strong level of competency in providing total solutions and providing cross segment teamwork.
- Exhibits a broad-based knowledge of multiple or related industries as well as an acute business understanding
Desirable Requirements
- Enterprise Systems experience
- Expert strategic and organizational agility skills
- Expert working-level knowledge of the processes, technologies, and people components of services solutions
