**Finance Test Analyst (6 months) **in the
**Financial Change Management (SG**) team
** **

The primary function of this role is to be a dedicated Test Analyst to support user acceptance testing across both Finance led and bankwide initiatives.

**Main Duties**
- Automate testing process for core banking system upgrade and downstream related user acceptance testing
- Work with technology teams to obtain necessary data inputs to execute test cases
- Develop end-user tools to automate testing
- Develop automation framework and automation scripts
- Execute own development tests and analyse/document test results
- Identify development bugs and resolve them
- Provide documentation for usability and maintenance
- Train business users to use the developed testing utilities
- Work with business users to understand test requirements and develop test reports
- Facilitate UAT and participate actively in UAT review sessions.
- Analyse test results and provide feedback to IT for issue resolution
- To be able to see the big picture of a project in order to develop tests that can detect and cover multiple scenarios (both positive and negative)

**Qualifications**
- IT development experience
- Numerate and comfortable with working on multiple large datasets
- Familiar with data migration concepts and activities
- Experience supporting a regulatory reporting or similar function is highly preferred
- Able to understand business and functional requirements
- Regulatory experience is highly preferred

**Technical Skills**
- VB or Java scripting
- Strong DML, DQL experience using SQL, MSSQL
- Oracle/Teradata/MS Access experience is mandatory
- Hands on experience in any ETL tool
