**Preferred Qualifications**:

- This is your opportunity to join Oracle as we bring media in-house and build (literally from the ground up) a best in class programmatic activation team. You will play a vital role in the success of this team as the day-to-day programmatic and activation expert. You will help develop campaign strategy across multiple organization pillars, activate all programmatic media, report on and share successes with the strategy and marketing teams on all campaigns. This role will report to the Director, JAPAC Digital Paid Media._

**Responsibilities**
- **Execution of Programmatic across JAPAC**: Delivering against KPIs at each stage of the buying cycle - awareness, consideration, purchase, loyalty across multiple platforms.
- **Campaign Planning**: You’ll be responsible for planning and managing of Oracle’s programmatic campaigns across multiple pillars and markets.
- **Campaign Setup and QA**: Responsible for the creation of campaigns in the platforms as well as performing all necessary checks before campaigns activation. This includes end-tot-end trafficking operation to make sure tracking tags are in place and audiences are pushed through correctly from the DMP before launch.
- **DSP Deep Dives**: You will work with key DSP partners and monitor performance, ensure automated optimizations are working and know which DSP is the best platform for each campaign.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: You will create weekly and post campaign performance reports for each campaign which provides analysis and insights that adds value to the team.

**Requirements**:

- **In-depth Programmatic Knowledge**: You have a solid understanding of the programmatic landscape, best practices, and platforms to successfully manage campaigns. You are familiar with 3rd party bidding tools, DSPs, SSPs, RTB, Ad Verification, Ad Servers. You have extensive experience with DoubleClick Campaign Manager / floodlight tags / vendor pixels. You understand the most recent global privacy legislation, such as: GDPR, CCPA, COPPA.
- **Experience in Complex B2B Marketing or Tech**: Our customers engage with various marketing touchpoints dozens of times before coming to a buying decision. Far different from transactional / consumer sales. You should have experience in managing data strategy and leveraging 1st party and 3rd party data segments.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Whether verbal, written or powerpoint, you’ll need to be able to communicate clearly and answer programmatic questions coming from all levels of understanding.
- **Equally Analytical and Creative**: You’re metrics-driven but come up with creative solutions to problems and not afraid to test new ideas. You’ll be responsible for finding new ways to innovate with programmatic advertising.
- **Team Player**: You have a collaborative personality that thrives in a highly cross-functional, cross-cultural environment.
- **Bias for action**. You see the big picture and understand the complexity inside Oracle. You are willing work in an agile environment.
- **You believe in quality over quantity**, and ground your recommendations in insights, research, and experimentation.
- **Agency and/or multi-channel background a plus**. You have knowledge of media planning fundamentals and experience working with financial data, budgets and Excel (e.g. PivotTables, Pivot Graph, Vlookups, Large Data Set, etc.
