**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Support Operations Leadership**:Assist with leading and managing teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Project Coordination**:Support the planning, execution, and delivery of eLearning content development projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- **Process Optimisation**:Help streamline operations and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- **Team Collaboration and Motivation**:Work closely with various departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where team members feel valued and empowered to contribute their ideas.
- **Resource Allocation**:Assist in managing resources, including personnel, technology, and budgets, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- **Quality Control**:Support quality assurance efforts to ensure deliverables meet the company’s high standards and client expectations.
- **Client Communication**:Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and assist in addressing any concerns.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:Ensure that operations comply with company policies and industry regulations, and assist with the preparation of performance reports for management.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in an operational or project coordination role, preferably in the eLearning, content development, or technology sectors.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a track record of supporting successful project deliveries.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with eLearning platforms, instructional design, or content development is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
