We are one of the largest market research companies in the world, looking for motivated, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Surveyors to support us in conducting interviews at Changi Airport in Singapore.

**Job Requirements**:

- Carry out **Ground Observation and Efficiency Monitoring (GOEM) & Service Quality Survey (SQS**) on iPad (provided by the company)
- Intercept and approach Passengers of various backgrounds, nationalities and language capabilities.
- Must be able to commit at least **Five (5) **shifts/days per week, for a minimum of **3 months**:

- Must be able to stand for long hours (up to 8 hours, breaks will be provided)
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays*
- Cannot be working at airport currently/holding on to airport pass
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- **Singaporean Only**

**About You**:

- Completed mínimally GCE "N" Level or its equivalent with 3 credits, including English.
- Must be Customer-service oriented.
- Fluent (written and spoken) in English and a second language (preferably Mandarin or Malay).

**Work Schedule: AM Shift - 6am to 2pm** or PM Shift - 2pm to 10pm**

Note : This is a Contract for Service

**Salary**: $12.50 per hour
