Roles and Responsibilities
The Server (Waiter/Waitress) is the main point of contact between the restaurant and its customers.
He/she is responsible for presenting them with the menu, taking orders, answering questions on meal items, making food recommendations when requested, and serving the food and/or beverages.

Deliver checks and accept payment
Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
He must be able to work under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently and be courteous, tactful, and attentive in dealing with customers in all circumstances.
He will also work well with kitchen staff to ensure that customers receive prompt service.
Work with other staff as a team
- Communicate proficiently
- Service mindset orientated
- Knowledge of industry requirements
- Adaptable, resourceful, and self-motivated
- Min. PSLE or equivalent
- Prior experience is not a requirement. On-the-job training and guidance will be provided
