- Implementing & Managing Always On High Availability Groups \ DB Mirroring.
- Implementing SQL Server Analysis Server.
- Implementing & Managing SSRS and PowerBI.
- Implementing & Managing R Server & Polybase components.
- Configuring SQL Server for optimal usage.
- Configuration and implementation of SSIDB catalog.
- Knowledge on different types of Azure SQL DBs.
- Handling SQL Server Database Security requests/requirements.
- Monitoring the SQL Servers for abnormal/performance issues.
- Provide optimal solutions for performance issues on different SQL Server components (DB Engine\

SSRS\ PowerBI\ SSIS)
- Performing Development/Testing SQL Server Instances Refresh using Production backups.
- Handling Database Backup/Restore requests.
- Performing the Database Integrity Checks, Update Statistics and Index Rebuild/Re-organize tasks as

per the requirement.
- Performing Disaster Recovery Failover & Fallback activities.
- Synchronizing Disaster Site Databases with Production Databases.
- Configuring and taking backups of the Database (Full\Differential\Transactional Log) as per

requirement. Both, on premises to local disk and IaaS Azure cloud servers to Azure Blob storage.
- Performing Table level backups to Excel/Raw Files/others using SSIS packages/Import-Export/BCP

utility and restore the tables when required.
- Restore Databases with Full Recovery or PITR, from Backups as per the User/Application

requirement.
- Create Linked Servers for both Oracle Databases and SQL Servers, and for other DataSources.
- Monitor the database server performance using the performance tools.
