Who We Are

Main Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the Manufacturing Engineer, trains new employees, assigns employees to various jobs, performs manufacturing product inspection, completes batch control records, ensures product is produced according to schedules and quality
- Assists Manufacturing Engineer in coordination and monitoring activities of technicians
- Supports in-process test for Bactec line following procedures to assure good performance in finished products.
- Supports inspection of filling and packaging areas following QSR’s and ISO.
- Oversees the sterilization process of products using AOP autoclaves
- Involves in the Resin wash & blend operations
- Good communication skills to convey clear instructions to production personnel and communicates issues to Manufacturing Engineer and related personnel.
- Writes clear and neat information in batch records. Performs manual calculations.
- Interprets technical instructions furnished in written forms.
- Provide support in machine enhancement, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, project execution, accountability on Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost, as well as the overall technicians resource management in production.

Job Requirements- Nitec or Diploma in Engineering field- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in leading a small team, training new members, manufacturing product inspection, batch control, quality check, etc.- Experience in autoclaves is an advantage.- Working hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm- Willing to work overtime if required. Flexible to change to Day or Night shift if production needs changed
