**About the Team**:
The Acoustic Engineering project aims to provide predictive maintenance and model identification services through the sole use of acoustics. This project deeply aligns with Carro’s overarching goals of harmonising automobiles with cutting-edge technology. The Acoustic Engineering team is wholeheartedly driven to provide as seamless a service as possible to users by replacing cumbersome practices with more efficient alternatives with innovation as it’s backbone. Likeminded individuals are highly encouraged to express their interest and see how mutual goals can contribute to the industry.

**Main Responsibilities**:- Actively proposing new features, functionality and ideas to improve the mobile apps.
- Provide operational support, maintenance of code quality, bugs-fixes and git-versioning post implementation.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Proficient in programming skill using Javascript, React Native, and Node.js.
- Familiarity and use of mobile IDE tools such as XCode and Android Studio.- Familiarity with UI/UX tools (e.g. Figma), to develop wireframes and UI mockups
- Basic understanding of cloud services (e.g. AWS)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Currently studying in the penultimate/final year in a university pursuing Computer Science and equivalent degrees.
- Familiarity with REST API.
- Familiar with agile development, prototyping, continuous integration, code deployment tools, workflows and source management tools (Git, Notion, etc).
- Knowledge of mobile UI design principles, patterns and industry best practices
- Good communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
