**JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking experienced **(Lead) Mobile App Engineer **to take ownership of the iOS and Android App for our suite of in-house products, elevate, rejuvenate and relaunch them as our next generation integrated best-of-suite enterprise solutions for our clients.

We are seeking dynamic, and ownership driven individuals with a keen eye and neck for bringing digital designs to life. Combining the art of design and the science of programming, **(Lead) Mobile App Engineers **are the wizards responsible for the translation of UX wireframes and UI designs into actual code - delivering instant mobile app magic for our global clientele.

As the **(Lead) Mobile App Engineer **, you will be directly involved in the architecture and careful selection of the technology stack which upon the entire **hybrid mobile app **interface will be designed and built. As a core Product Team member, you will collaborate directly with our Product Managers, Lead Backend Engineers and Lead UI/UX specialist.

On a day-to-day basis, the **(Lead) Mobile App Engineer **works with diverse team members across the full spectrum of software developer services including product managers, business analysis, UI/UX, graphics design, backoffice engineering, mobile app engineering, blockchain and smart contract development. **(Lead) Mobile App Engineer **is the technical point of contact, engineering lead, role model and mentor for the entire Mobile Engineering of the product team with team members stationed both locally and offshore. The **(Lead) Mobile App Engineer **is constantly challenged to balance business viability, technical feasibility, customer desire and time to market to ensure that ideas become winning products.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Brainstorm with the team to recommend the best **hybrid mobile app **architecture, methodology, languages used, design robust, coding structure, deployment protocols and debugging for new software products.
- Participate in the project discussion of technical implementation, implementation of unit test, codes review and **hybrid mobile app **architecture optimization.
- Collaborate with the Product, Creative and Backend Engineering Team to develop and implement the **hybrid mobile app **architecture and features to support user interface concepts.
- Ensure the all software products under supervision are adhering to the highest engineering standards which includes code maintainability, quality, monitoring, operational excellence, and documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensuring merged code adheres to best practices and standards
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members under care to groom them in term of technical skillsets.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, languages and techniques in the iOS, Andriod and hybrid mobile app space.
- Source, seek, hire and fill skills and experience gaps among the Mobile App Engineering team members.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's Degree of Computing, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
- Good understand of object-oriented programming, design patterns, iOS and Android core concepts.
- Strong understanding of Design and Architecture Patterns particularly in enterprise grade hybrid mobile app engineering.
- Strong background in native mobile app development in both iOS and Android (e.g. Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java) before transitioning to hybrid mobile app development experience.
- Able to implement and ingest designs elements from tools like Figma and Zeplin.
- Familiar with compatibility issues on common iOS and Android devices able to effectively solve compatibility and performance issues.
- Experience practitioner in agile frameworks, scrum methods or extreme programming.
- Excellent documentation skills in drafting clear and concise requirements and specifications along with in-depth knowledge of product strategy.
- Willing to roll-up one’s sleeves and provide a hands-on help to the team.
- Strong time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to lead, convince and inspire team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge in software engineering, technology trends, technology constraints and software development lifecycle is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to meet and work with offshore team members.
