Our solutions enhance the capabilities of organisations and analysts in areas of web and cyber collection, collation, analysis and generating insights and reports. These solutions leverage powerful collection capabilities spanning web sites, social media networks, darknet, and end-user devices and harness big data analytics, machine learning, and powerful visualisation tools.

We are on the lookout for highly competent, self-motivated **Recruitment Consultant **with a deep understanding of modern enterprise solutions to join our team.

**The Role**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all roles.
- Direct resourcing using job boards as well as social media and referral campaigns.
- Use our careers portal and talent network tools to drive greater visibility of career opportunities to existing employees.
- Building internal relationships with line managers and stakeholders

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience within either internal or agency recruitment is highly desirable but not essential. Ideally, we would like someone with previous exposure recruiting high volume roles and end to end recruitment.
- Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or Human Resources
- Relevant experience in recruitment in IT roles.
- Great communication skills both verbal and written.
- Be able to work under pressure and multitask.
- Able to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
- Able to work on your own initiative.
