Singapore SWIFT INTEGRATOR PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide hardware maintenance support services for customers' IT Infra
- Onsite troubleshooting and resolving customers' hardware / systems issues
- With good knowledge and hands on experience in troubleshooting of Windows Servers (Windows 2003 - 2019)
- Perform installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of desktop PC, Windows servers and Storage (e.g. Lenovo / HP / DELL), and related IT peripherals
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve product related issues resulting from installation, upgrades, conêgurations, integrations or testing
- Monitor activities of servers and network for data centre
- Monitor and manage incident management system and fulfilment of user requests
- Identify all contractual system requirements, analyze and define BOM configurations required for project deliverables
- Multi-task handling different projects at the same time
- Initiative to help teammates in delivering project requirements
- Able to work flexible hours especially after-office hours (downtime)
- Perform standby duties

Job Requirement:

- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years related experience
- Working experience in IT industry
- Strong problem solving skills, able to work independently and meeting deadlines
- Good IT skills, proficient with Microsoft Office suite
