We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Wintel Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows systems, OS clustering, and troubleshooting, with a proven track record of ensuring smooth operations and high availability of production environments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain ITSM standards, processes, and guidelines aligned with industry best practices
  • Provide technical leadership and consultancy to customers on system performance, integration, and configuration matters
  • Analyze system performance and recommend optimizations to ensure high availability and optimal performance
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis for all high-severity issues and collaborate with multiple teams for resolution
  • Review incident reports and participate in planning and executing upgrades/patching of middleware software

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in end-to-end operations management, including configuring, upgrading, and resolving issues related to Wintel infrastructures such as Windows Servers, OS clustering, Hyper-V, VMware, IIS, BizTalk, and related products
  • Specialization in one major product: Microsoft, VMware, AWS, or MS Azure
  • Hands-on experience with Windows systems, OS clustering, and troubleshooting
  • Experience managing large-scale virtualized environments with technologies like VMware ESX or Microsoft HyperV
  • Good understanding of ITIL, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 standards
  • Relevant certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, AWS/Microsoft Azure cloud certifications, and ITIL v3
