**About this opportunity**
The Operations Analyst, Business Optimization APAC (Analyst) is responsible for the management of efficient and effective work environment for APAC Business Optimization Managers (BOMs) to drive incremental ortho cases, share of wallet at clinic, and customer loyalty through consulting services and support approach within Practices. The Analyst will assist BOMs with an update on pipeline and account management to monitor the opportunities in a dashboard.
The Analyst will work with the APAC Business Optimization Director (BOD) at the APAC level to create strategic initiatives to assist BOMs in driving customer business growth and expansion in the face of evolving market dynamics.
The Analyst will operate cross-functionally with key functional teams to deliver the programs more efficiently and effectively to position the consulting services as a complete, innovative solution for the digital and practice transformation needs. The BOOM will also own the strategic partnership and the development of strategic initiatives.
**In this role, you will**:
- **
Demand Generation** - Develop and execute programs to generate awareness and demand at the APAC level. Develop strategy to target accounts.
- **High-level** communication** - Improve communication within the team and deliver value proposition to the customers via BOMs. Achieve number of customers enrolled as planned.
- **
Consolidation of activity modules **- Collect local activities/best practices and develop the standardized procedures for the activities for consistency and continuous improvement.
- **
Business Optimization Operations Analysis** - Deliver better visibility though deep analysis on opportunities created by the BOMs for improvement, growth and scale. The Analyst will be responsible for leading the change management in the work environment. Areas of analysis include but are not limited to; KPIs by market/BOM, profitability, operational efficiency (with tech), customer experience (satisfaction) and marketing assets. These assessments and associated solutions address all aspects of the clinics, including culture, people, process, technology and performance metrics. Willingness to challenge SOPs and current business model will be critical to success.

High-Level Customer Relationships Assessment** - Assess customer loyalty and multiple relationships within the highest levels of key functional areas in customer organizations through the customer satisfaction survey; identifies the satisfaction level of strategic business opportunities within Practices; establishes effective relationships with key customer representatives and employees externally and internally; puts a high priority on both customer and Company interests when making decisions; leads by example and responds quickly and competently to customer issues; continually searches for ways to improve competitive advantage.

Demonstrates Leadership /Collaborates with others** - Works closely with BOMs/BOD as well as the sales and marketing team to develop business agreement proposals, implement those agreements, and develop timely responses to all opportunities; provides corporate selling consultation and coaching to field sales managers and territory managers on national accounts when appropriate; acts as liaison between key customer contacts and other functions in the organization including Marketing, Customer and Clinical Service, Logistics and Commercial groups in order to develop appropriate product support, and pricing; influences and shapes the decisions of upper management; provides compelling rationale for ideas; works toward win/win solutions whenever possible.
