**What the role is**
- Background WSG is ramping up employment assistance in the form of Career Matching Services (CMS). CMS consists of career coaching, career events, Virtual Career Fairs, webinars to worker-centric programmes. Objective We are looking for Leads Marketing & CRM Executives to manage and support the outreach and sign-ups for WSG’s Career Matching Services (CMS) during the transformation. They will report to Senior Marketing Manager within the Leads & Performance Marketing (LPM) team in the Partners and Operations Division (POD). Your responsibilities will cover these three key areas: - Marketing support & outreach - Management of call centre vendor - Admin support and Database management

- Requirements - At least one year experience in digital marketing and/or cold calling an advantage - Experienced with Excel, i.e. filter, pivot and vlookup function - Familiar with Google Analytics (Google Datastudio would be an advantage) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Customer service oriented - Able to commit and fulfil 1-year contract All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
