As OI Scheduling Lead in Operations Improvement (a.k.a. OI) team, you will be leading a group of OI Engineers to design, deploy and support scheduling, automation and reporting systems, which are owned by the OI team and serve critical functions for the FAB to manufacture maximum amount of high quality wafers in short cycle time span.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**

Safety and Quality
- Ensure the team completes all required safety and quality related trainings in a timely manner
- Drives a safety and culture by requiring safe behaviors and sets the example for safety
- Encourage team to submit safety and quality good catch, and facilitate the process
- Work closely with management to promote safety and quality culture in the team

Systems Operations Support
- Support FAB scheduling system. Ensure scheduler generates high quality result within healthy run-time range.
- Support FAB automation system. Ensure lots are staged to tools in timely manner. Strive to avoid move loss caused by OI systems.
- Support FAB reporting system. Ensure critical FAB manufacturing reports are refreshed properly and contents are accurate.
- Provide manufacturing support to the FAB. Ensure OISR cases submitted by customers are responded and resolved within service level agreement between OI and manufacturing teams.
- Arrange OI on-call calendar to ensure continuous and healthy 24X7 on-call coverage. The OI Systems Ops Lead is expected to attend on-call cycles together with the rest team.
- Provide timely and sufficient responses or supports to ad-hoc requests from management.

Communication & Collaboration
- Attend daily FAB KPI update meeting to get oriented on FAB situation and take action items for OI team.
- Provide timely updates on OI action items from daily FAB meetings.
- Work closely with peers from Shift Operations team and other manufacturing teams to promote collaboration between teams
- Communicate with customer to provide progress updates on high importance OISR cases or enhancements
- Provide regular updates to management on team objective status and critical activities.

Performance Management
- Use SMART and FAST model to create performance objectives for team members that align towards the overall business objectives of OI team.
- Conduct regular 1:1 and quarterly check-in with team member to provide performance feedback and ensure they stay on track on achieving assigned objectives.
- Set priorities for team and encourage teamwork on high priority tasks.
- Prepare performance summary for team members and work with management on Annual Talent Review process.
- Provide regular updates to management on team member performance status.

Project & Process Management
- Actively participate in Site Projects and WW Projects as OI systems SME. Encourage team member to participate and contribute to OI projects.
- Continuously look for opportunity to improve OI case management process. Promote automation in case management activities.
- Actively work with management and peers to improve code management, testing and deployment procedures around OI owned systems.
- Drive activities to look for labor productivity opportunities; review findings with management and peers; implement projects or enhancement to improve team efficiency.

Coaching and Mentoring
- Work with management and senior peers to create, update and maintain OI training curriculum.
- Create and assign training plan for team members. Conduct regular check-in on progress.
- Explore into interests and talents of team members. Assign appropriate Development Objectives to team members to help them further their development and expand OI team talent pool.
- Conduct continuous on-job-training to team members.
- Work with peer and management to create OI knowledge documentation process. Take Ownership of the process and advocate to the team.
- Mentoring team member on complex tasks, critical OISR requests and high value enhancements or projects.
- Create talent pipeline to move experienced team member from focusing on operations to enabling projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in FAB scheduling, automation or reporting.
- Expertise in APF software, APS studio, C# programming and advanced SQL querying.
- Proven direct or indirect leadership experience. People leader experience is considered a plus.
- Currently in GJS of E3 and above.
