**Roles & Responsibilities**
Job Descriptions:
- To ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the administration department and school events
- Minutes taking.
- Maintaining students’ database on various platforms.
- Administration of surveys and tests.
- Provide assistance to the invitation to quote exercises when required.
- Perform any other administrative functions as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or higher with experience in customer service and administrative work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command in both English and Chinese, verbal and written.
- An independent worker and also an excellent team player with a passion for service excellence.
- Proficient in minutes taking.
- Highly customer-oriented and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
