**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for creating new recipes and completing R&D for innovating new products.
- Responsible for daily preparation and production of customer customised order items.
- Review ingredients and designs to meet customer needs and requirements.
- Ensures proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards and sanitation/health regulations.
- Maintain costs and ensure consistency of quality of pastry products.
- Look out for new trends and customer demand in the market.
- Provides content to the Brand team for marketing collateral and website / social media material.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an R&D pastry.
- Familiar with SFA Food regulation.
- Passionate about food product development.
- Creative in food preparation and presentation.
- Team player with good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
