**Essential Functions**:

- Handle full set of accounts
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Prepare GST filing
- Review monthly management accounts of the subsidiaries in various countries
- Perform monthly inter-company reconciliations
- Review quotations and sales invoices and follow up with customers on unpaid balances
- Process suppliers’ invoices and prepare payment to suppliers
- Review project costings to be prepared by the operations
- Support annual budget, monthly budget review and cash flow management
- Support the operations on the daily activities
- Liaise with external auditors
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy, Professional Degree or equivalent
- At least 4 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is preferred
- Prior audit experience is an advantage
- Methodological, honest, responsible, highly driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
