**Your new company**
Your new firm is a market leader in the Oil & Gas industry with strong branding to their name. As part of their digital transformation plans, they are looking for a Retail Systems Subject Matter Expert to support their POS systems.

**Your new role**
- Implement, configure and manage POS system enhancements to ensure daily operations are running BAU
- Analyse current setup and suggest areas of improvements to existing retail platforms and systems
- Develop solutions and suggestions to automate and improve efficiency of POS systems across all retail platforms
- Provide technical support for software and hardware for any retail platforms and POS systems
- Oversee digital transformation projects to upgrade and scale the retail platforms and systems

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimally 5 years of experience in a similar role managing Business IT and retail platforms and systems
- Sound technical knowledge and know-how of IT systems, specifically POS implementation and deployment
- Experience working on digital transformation projects to digitalise legacy systems and rollout automation within the platforms
- Strong business acumen with strong technical expertise to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Strong stakeholder management skills as well as concise communication skills to liaise with internal parties and external vendors
