**Job Description**:
You will be working with the HR Shared Services Operations and L&D team to provide shared services for the HR Business Partnering team in HR transactional activities. This is a dual-role position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in HR system updates, e-filing of employee personal documents and generate HR e-letters
- Assist in staff movements by performing system triggers for new hires, transfers, confirmation and off-boarding processes
- Process and follow up on all employees’ job data change requests
- Prepare headcount reports
- Streamline, simplify processes and update workflow as and when there are changes
- Monitor the Corporate Pass bot process and issue Corporate Passes manually when needed
- Arrange for Wreaths/Get-well Gifts when required
- Manage Special Offers on the intranet
- Participate in RPA, HCM and other ad hoc projects
**Requirements**:
- Preferred studies in Business Administration, Human Resource, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and deliver work on time
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
