The International Mobility (IM) Manager for Asia is based in Singapore. It is an individual contributor position reporting to Head of HR, Asia region.

The position is part of Asia HR team, works closely with the IM Center and worldwide IM network.

**Responsibilities**
- Manages all aspects of international assignments to to/from Asia region
- Communicates on IM topics to the Asian HR community and promotes a common understanding of IM policies, processes and practices.
- Manages interface between the international assignees, HR and operational managers.
- Presents the package to the assignees; provides information and support before & during assignment.
- Coordinating all activities - taxation, legal aspects, housing etc to facilitate and ensure consistency
- Proactively identifies potential risks, continuously improves on processes so as to ensure good expat experience.
- Prepares cost estimates and liaises with the appropriate department for approval.
- Liaises with HR Shared Services and updates data in IM system.
- Ensures the service providers adhere to provisions of agreements and contracts. Manages the billing process and ensures services are billed.
- Checks and approves the assignees’ expense claims and submits to respective Finance Personnel.
- Participates in the IM network meetings and Asian HR meetings.
- Shares the specificities of the region with the IM network with practical factsheets.

**Specifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- At least 7 years of HR experience in the area of International/Global Mobility
- Knowledge of International labor law, immigration, compensation & benefits, international taxation
- Rigor, autonomy, sense of service and good interpersonal relationship skill
- Ability to evaluate priorities and risks, communicate positively and regularly with all parties involved and the assignees
