**Service Consultant (Training Industry)**

Join our dynamic team as a **Service Consultant**, where you’ll support and deliver exciting educational programmes and visitor experiences at **Marina Barrage**. From running school learning journeys to assisting with public outreach events, this is a multi-faceted role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, public interaction, and making a positive impact.

**What You'll Be Doing**

**Programme Delivery & Training**
- Conduct and manage educational programmes at Marina Barrage
- Deliver training sessions to school groups
- Prepare training materials and conduct programme briefings

**Event Support**
- Assist in organising and executing monthly events and flagship initiatives
- Manage logistics, facilitate activities, and coordinate manpower

**Visitor & Gallery Management (Backup Duties)**
- Step in for frontline gallery operations, crowd control, and visitor support
- Rostered shift work when deployed for backup duties (possible weekends/public holidays)

**Headquarters Support**
- Coordinate school programme bookings and trainer assignments
- Assist with HQ-based or external training engagements

**Who We're Looking For**
- Diploma in Education, Events Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in training, visitor services, or event coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with occasional shift work, weekends & public holidays
- Passionate about sustainability, education, and public engagement

**Work Hours & Conditions**

**5-day work week** (Mon-Fri)
Primary location: Marina Barrage

Secondary location: Company HQ
**Possible shift timings**:

- 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Time-off provided for weekend/public holiday deployments
- This is a contract position_

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
