Job responsibilities

1. Contract management: responsible for contract revision, review, and provide professional opinions.

2. Risk control and compliance: risk identification, legal advice to business departments; Analyze and study relevant laws and policies, and conduct irregular training to ensure that products and services are compliant.

3. Participate in the preparation of investment and financing related to the company's important business activities, and handle corresponding legal affairs.

4. Handle the affairs assigned by other leaders

Qualification
1, bachelor degree or above, major in law and related studies;
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in foreign-related legal affairs and Internet legal affairs, and experience in handling foreign-related legal disputes, litigation and arbitration cases is preferred;
3. Strong legal logic ability and professional analysis ability, good communication and teamwork spirit;
4. Familiar with all kinds of office software;
5. English can be used as a working language.

1. 合同管理:负责合同修订、审核,出具专业意见。

2. 风控和合规:风险识别,给业务部门提供法律意见;分析研究相关的法律和政策,不定期培训,确保产品和服务合规。

3. 参与投融资等涉及公司重要经营活动的准备工作,并处理相应的法律事务。

4. 处理好其他领导交办的事务

任职资格
1、本科及以上学历,法学及相关专业;
2、拥有2年以上涉外法务、互联网法务相关工作经验,有实际操作过涉外法律争议、诉讼、仲裁处理案件的经验优先;
3、较强的法律逻辑能力和专业分析能力,良好沟通、团队协作精神;
4、熟悉各类办公软件;
5、英语可作为工作语言。
