Paralegal

To provide a broad range of support to Company’s legal team in particular, Counsel - Asia and Europe, with primary focus on SEAsia (especially Vietnam), with the ability to work in English and Vietnamese (both spoken and reading/writing).

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED**:
1. Coordinate and assist with statutory filing obligations.

2. Consolidate ad hoc, monthly and quarterly reports for HQ.

3. Prepare corporate, legal and real estate tables.

4. Manage signature process of corporate documents and contracts.

5. Prepare letters, memos, reports, filings and other relevant documents.

6. Docket and analyze incoming mail, physically or electronically.

7. Manage NDAs, contracts and IP matters.

8. Research, review and give opinion on contractual, corporate and legal matters.

9. General admin functions, filing, recording etc.

**EDUCATION** (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training)

Diploma holders.

**EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:
Fresh law/legal background grad or 1 - 2 years experience preferably working as a paralegal or in law firm/legal department.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Should possess good oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Keen interest in law and companies.
