- Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations.
- GPS telematics and retrieval of monthly vehicle report
- Keep track of motor claims accident ratio rate
- Procure new vehicle through leasing company requirements in accordance to company’s policies and work with finance department to validate our current active fleet strength
- Linking up with leasing company for new and old return vehicle
- Ensure all summon matters/appeals are resolved before due date
- Ensure proper documentations of all operations and fleet related accounts, invoices, summons.
- Responding to all internal/external correspondences related to fleet and operational enquiries are well attended.
- Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing of fleet.
- Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleets.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety policies and work instructions.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Possess Valid Class 3/3A license
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel
- Team player and flexible individual able to work in fast changing environment

**Benefits**:
