**Job Summary**:
Administrative Support in Personal Training Section

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Personal Trainers to consolidate commission sheets
- Assist on tabulating Personal Trainers commission payroll
- Handling Personal Trainers’ bookings & cancellations
- Answering telephone enquiries & taking down messages
- Handling POS systems and payments
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Department

**Requirements**:

- 1 year or above relevant working experience in administration
- Experience in customer service industry is an added advantage
- Be independent and presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquiries
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
- An eye for details & meticulous
- Good command of English
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
