**The role of Vigeo's Personal Trainer**
- Passionately coach and motivate our students in a safe and highly engaging fitness workout environment using our unique Vigeo personal trainer system.
- Coach up to 4 individuals in a small group with their individualized programs to ensure proper and effective exercise execution.
- Be friendly, engaging, and encouraging to uplift each individual we coach in the gym.
- Be a guide to help students improve their health and fitness outside of their coaching sessions via regular remote check-ins.
- Connect and maintain Vigeo's community that is built on love and respect for everyone
- Maintain a clean surgical training facility that everyone can enjoy
- Work well in a team to deliver world-class customer service and coaching
