**Duties and Responsibilities**

= Develop and continuously evolve the corporate strategy in connection with the global Porsche sales strategy, market-specific requirements and the VW group approach towards Asia Pacific

= Support the corporate project portfolio steering ensuring its strategic fit and track project success

= Foster cross-departmental collaboration and support internal change management enabling a seamless strategy implementation

= Support functional leads in the execution of major strategic business development projects

= Identify, prioritise, adapt and establish internal process improvements, best practices and cross-functional synergies at Porsche Asia Pacific and in connection with headquarters as well as other subsidiaries

**Qualifications**

= University degree in business administration or relevant other degree

= Previous working experience in business development, sales and marketing or related business area preferred

= Experience in premium automotive beneficial

= Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills

= Well established project management and reporting skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office

= Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region
